These terms govern your use of this website and of the enquiry forms operated by ArkSec LLC, doing business as ArkSec ("ArkSec", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them.
What this service does
ArkSec operates enquiry forms and automated responses on behalf of local service businesses. When you submit an enquiry, your details are passed to the business you contacted and you may receive an automated text message confirming receipt.
What it does not do
An automated confirmation is not a quote, an estimate, an appointment, or an agreement to perform work, and it does not mean a person has reviewed your project. Any work, pricing, or scheduling is agreed directly between you and the business you contacted. ArkSec is not a party to that agreement and does not perform the work itself.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, and only submit a phone number you are authorised to use.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Text messages
Text messages are sent only with your consent, given on the enquiry form. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and other providers outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArkSec is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of business or profits, arising from your use of this site or the enquiry service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
