This policy explains how ArkSec LLC, doing business as ArkSec ("ArkSec", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information. It covers our own website and the enquiry forms we operate on behalf of our clients.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through a form we operate, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:
- Your name, mobile phone number, and email address
- The location of the work and a description of the project
- Your budget range and preferred timeline
- Any photographs you choose to upload
- Your consent to receive text messages, and the date and time it was given
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to pass it to the business you contacted, so they can follow up with you. That includes sending you a text message confirming your enquiry was received, notifying the business owner, and keeping a record of the enquiry. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who have opted in by checking the consent box on an enquiry form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Messages relate to the enquiry you submit.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with the business you contacted, so that they can respond to you. We also use service providers to operate the system — including a messaging provider to deliver text messages and cloud providers to store enquiry records and uploaded photographs. These providers process the information on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to text messages. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
